At True Treasures Inc, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture purchases. If an item doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned treasure, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
